Del Sol Development was founded by Mario Gonzalez in 2001 to provide services in Real Estate Development such as: Municipal approval process for Platting and Zoning for Commercial Real Estate Development, Building Permitting, and Construction Management.
In 2005 Del Sol Development and Group Pacific Holdings became partners in building several gas stations in Balch Springs, TX.
In 2007 Group Pacific Real Estate Development LLC was founded to handle all real estate related to fuel centers and truck stop facilities.
